Job summary

Holland Farms Senior Living in Norwalk, IA is seeking an on-call Shuttle Bus Driver to safely transport residents to appointments, events, and activities, while ensuring comfort and courteous service. This role requires a CDL with Class B endorsement (passenger endorsement preferred), a clean driving record, and a practical, safety-minded approach.

You’ll be part of the EPIC team that supports residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and events.
• Assist residents getting in and out of the vehicle.
• Keep residents safe and comfortable throughout each trip.
• Keep the community vehicle clean, organized, and ready to go.
• Provide friendly and professional service to residents, families, and team members.
• Follow all driving and passenger safety requirements.
• Complete basic vehicle inspections and maintain required documentation.
• Support other areas of the community as needed.

We’re looking for an On-Call Shuttle Bus Driver who is dependable, safety-minded, and enjoys helping others.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and community events
• Assist residents getting in and out of the vehicle as needed
• Help ensure residents are safe and comfortable throughout each trip
• Keep the community vehicle clean, organized, and ready to go
• Provide friendly and professional service to residents, families, and team members
• Follow all applicable driving and passenger safety requirements
• Complete basic vehicle inspections and help keep required documentation current
• Support other areas of the community as needed
