Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver in Waukee, IA to transport senior residents safely and courteously. The role offers part-time hours on Tuesday and Friday 9A-4P, with Saturday as needed, and a $16.50 hourly wage with daily pay options.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle bus or similar vehicle
• Chauffeurs License; must have a clean driving record
• Compassionate & care for seniors
• The ideal candidate will enjoy helping and working with the senior population
• Ability to be timely, patient and accommodating; maintain a bus schedule and be familiar with the local area
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus safely
• Complete bus trip log
• Complete required route in a safe and efficient manner
• Coordinate route priorities to maintain productivity
• Maintain cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior
• Fill out daily inspection log at trip start
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance and productivity
