Job summary

Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh is seeking staff for an on‑call role primarily on morning shifts. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering items, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

The successful candidate will maintain a pristine uniform and professional presence at all times. Candidates should have prior food service or bartending experience, be able to stand/walk for long periods, lift trays up to 50 lbs, and be available on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• This position requires standing and walking throughout shift, lifting trays of at least 50 lbs., reaching and bending.
• Previous food service and / or bartending experience required.
• Must be available to work AM shifts, weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to provide RAMP certifications upon hire.
• Must be able to provide ServSafe Food Handlers certifications upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, taking orders, delivery, and checking back to ensure satisfaction.
• Uniform and presence must be immaculate and professional at all times.
• This position is an on call position
• This position is mostly AM shifts.
