Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience: 4+ years in related roles.
• Bachelor's in Information Systems preferred.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Go in-depth technically across application, network, host/VM, and cloud resources to seek solutions for customer environments.
• Establish root cause and provide software and training solutions to improve customer experience.
• Work with product owners to prioritize system enhancements and influence roadmaps.
• Communicate technical issues to non-technical customers via phone, email, or chat.
