Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc is seeking a Sr Product Services Engineer to focus on root cause analysis, issue resolution, and proactive customer communication for our NextEra Analytics portfolio. Qualifications

Experience diagnosing customer-reported issues and providing root-cause analysis.
Ability to identify product enhancements and prioritize bug fixes.
Proficient with Unix command line, SQL, and monitoring/observability tools.
Experience configuring local dev environments for debugging.
Familiarity with AWS services: S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, Step Functions.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
