Job summary

NextEra Analytics, the optimization and analytics arm of NextEra Energy, seeks a Product Leader to own and drive the product vision across multiple initiatives. You will guide discovery, prioritize roadmaps, and coordinate with Applied Math, Science, and Engineering & Technology to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will oversee a team of junior Product Managers, provide hiring support, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management while aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Leadership experience of 2+ years required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee research and product discovery across internal units and external parties.
• Oversee data analysis to inform data-driven decisions and define insights.
• Oversee product roadmap for multiple initiatives.
• Serve as subject matter expert on market trends and customer needs.
• Lead and mentor the product team and influence executive discussions.
