Job summary

NextEra Analytics, Inc is seeking a Sr Product Manager II to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical products, overseeing the lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing and other teams to drive initiatives, engage with customers and stakeholders, and ensure the product meets expectations. Agile leadership and KPI tracking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years experience required
• Defined and executed product vision, strategy and roadmap for critical products.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with NextEra’s goals and market opportunities
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver solutions
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand needs and gather feedback
• Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional team management
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive improvement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and risks
• Provide regular updates to leaders on progress and strategic direction
