Job summary

NextEra Analytics, Inc in the United States is seeking a Product Services Engineer to support the NE360 platform. This role blends field engineering, software integration, and customer-facing technical support to deliver reliable energy management solutions.

You will configure field devices, troubleshoot hardware and software, and collaborate across product and implementation teams to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical engineering or related fields.
• 1+ years in a technical role involving SCADA/DAS or energy technology.
• Working knowledge of Modbus TCP/IP and RTU.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customer sites to NE360 from scoping to commissioning.
• Integrate field devices and data acquisition into NE360 backend platforms.
• Program and troubleshoot field hardware per project specs using Modbus.
• Travel to customer sites for scoping and support.
• Coordinate hardware procurement and vendor inventory.
• Serve as technical contact for customers and drive product improvements.
• Maintain installation and troubleshooting documentation.
• Train field personnel on SCADA/DAS installation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with software and product teams to improve NE360 performance.
