Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Denver, CO. The role involves performing skilled repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, handling preventative maintenance, and conducting inspections to uphold high property standards.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call responsibilities and occasional weekend hours. Compensation ranges from $28 to $32 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools, diagnostics equipment, and chemical safety procedures.
