Job summary

Liberty Senior Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Worker to service facility equipment per schedules and perform repairs as needed. You will change HVAC filters, monitor safety, and complete resident work orders with billing forms.

The role includes troubleshooting TVs, maintaining grounds, and ensuring interiors stay clean. Duties include minor carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks, generator testing, and being on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Serves facility equipment per schedules and performs maintenance.
• Changes HVAC filters as scheduled and monitors system safety.
• Repairs or replaces minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry items.
• Completes resident personal work orders and billing forms.
• Connects and troubleshoots TV and cable issues for residents.
• Monitors grounds and interior cleanliness daily.
• Removes trash per schedule and performs generator testing.
• Handles painting, sheetrock repair and furniture repair as needed.
• Assists with door hardware, fixtures, and general upkeep tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
