Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Worker I for our senior living community. You will maintain and operate facility equipment, complete work orders, and perform carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs to keep the building safe and welcoming for residents.

Responsibilities include seasonal tasks like snow removal and delivering excellent service to residents and colleagues, with a focus on keeping the grounds and facilities in top condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years' maintenance experience accepted in lieu of diploma.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate facility equipment and fixtures.
• Complete work orders as directed by supervisor.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
• Replace bulbs/fixtures and conduct seasonal tasks such as snow removal.
• Provide excellent service to residents and staff.
