Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Shakopee, MN is seeking On Call Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping seniors and thrive in a person-centered care environment. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized support and make each day brighter.

Whether you are newly certified or experienced, you will join a team that values kindness, teamwork, and growth. Shifts include both PT and FT with weekend coverage; training is provided, and CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
