Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. in Shakopee, MN is seeking On Call Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping seniors and thrive in person-centered care. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support, making each day brighter.

Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience is preferred; CNA certification is helpful but not required. Training for medication administration is provided, and CPR/First Aid knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
