On-Call Senior Administrative Assistant
Provide administrative support for the Institutes infrastructure, operations, staff, and programs. Serve as the first contact for internal and external constituencies, including students, faculty, staff, visitors, and alumni. Responsible for budget reconciliation, monitoring expenses, managing communications, website maintenance, and social media management.
Primarily office-based with requirements for computer use, occasional travel, and in-person attendance. The work environment includes typical office noise and interruptions.
