Position Details:

  • Department: Admin
  • Status: On Call - no set schedule
  • Shifts: 6am - 1:30pm | 1:30pm - 9pm
  • Starting Pay: $18 - $19 hourly, depending on skills and experience

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide front desk support, answer telephones, and greet visitors, families, and residents.
  2. Act as the first impression of the community, delivering excellent customer service and accurate information.
  3. Support resident activities, organize records, and coordinate with staff for events and maintenance.
  4. Monitor emergency call lights and respond appropriately.
  5. Maintain a neat front desk area and dress professionally.
  6. Follow protocols for resident health and safety issues.
  7. Pass background checks, health screening, and TB test as required.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Regularly sit, stand, walk, and use hands and voice.
  • Work in a moderate noise environment.
