Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Part Time - Flexible)
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will have strong organizational skills, willingness to learn and experience working in an office environment. This position provides a full range of project support and administrative assistant support. The Administrative Assistant facilitates efficient operation by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Answering and transferring calls
- Greeting visitors upon entry/exit of main lobby
- Handling mail and deliveries
- Word processing (letters, etc.)
- Assist with additional administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders in excel and converting them to pdf files, etc.
- Document scanning and indexing
- Credit Card receipt collection and reporting for preparation to submit to accounting
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Experience in answering phones and transferring to correct division
- Strong organizational and recording skills
- Detail oriented
- Understanding of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and TEAMS
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great attitude and strong desire to learn
Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one-year related experience

- Some lifting of files, opening cabinets.
- Bending or standing as necessary.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Work Environment
Position is sedentary with prolonged periods of standing, bending, sitting, and kneeling.
