Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a Fill In Manager/Lead for Doolittle Elementary School to support the Food & Nutrition Services program. This role involves covering for the manager, preparing and serving meals, and upholding safety standards in a high-volume school kitchen.

The position emphasizes leadership, cooking and meal planning for breakfast and lunch, with duties directed by the manager and director to ensure a smoothly operated cafeteria.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Qualified Food Operator Sanitation Certification preferred.
• Food Service Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the manager when they are unavailable and cover duties as needed.
• Perform duties of food preparation, cooking, serving and storage while following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Plan, cook and serve multiple menu options for breakfast and lunch in a high-volume school cafeteria.
• Lead and assist in daily operations in the Food & Nutrition Services program.
• Perform duties directed by the manager and Director of Food & Nutrition Services to operate the cafeteria smoothly.
