Qualifications

• Two years of verifiable, paid commercial building custodial experience.
• One year of public school experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Sweeps, mops and maintains floors; cleans fixtures and furniture; washes windows; vacuums; shampoos carpets.
• Disinfects restrooms; ensures supplies of paper towels and soap.
• Cleans assigned offices/classrooms and common areas.
• Moves furniture and equipment for events; assists with setup.
• Collects and disposes of garbage and recyclables; maintains grounds.
• Reports maintenance issues; replaces bulbs and performs minor repairs.
• Secures building by locking doors and setting alarms; checks exterior areas.
• Performs other duties as required by site leadership.
