Qualifications

• One year of public school experience preferred.
• Two years of verifiable, paid commercial building custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and scrub floors; maintain equipment; clean furnishings; wash windows and vacuums.
• Disinfect restrooms; keep stocked with soap and towels; maintain cleanliness of offices and classrooms.
• Move furniture for events; collect and dispose of garbage and recyclables; shovel snow and sweep walks.
• Perform minor maintenance and report issues; replace bulbs and maintain lighting as needed.
• Secure building after hours; ensure doors/windows are closed and alarms set; assist staff as needed.
• Support staff and community groups and perform other related duties as required.
