Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Washington State Driver’s License required.
• Minimum of 1 year job related experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and plan and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Attendance and punctuality are important in this position.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned school facilities for the purpose of maintaining a sanitary, safe and attractive environment.
• Inspects school facilities for safe operations and maintenance.
• Keep sidewalks clean, snow-free and safe for staff and patrons.
• Assist with furniture and equipment arrangements for meetings and events.
• Respond to safety and operational concerns to resolve issues.
• Paints and repairs surfaces and furniture as needed.
• Set up and remove furniture for events and work with evening groups.
• Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Director and Principal(s).
