HumanGood's Plymouth Village in Redlands, CA seeks an on-call Registered Nurse for per-diem shifts to cover nursing needs of residents. You will develop assignments with care partners and maintain a high standard of resident care while fostering accountability and satisfaction.

The role welcomes new grads. Pay is $40–$55/hour depending on experience; benefits and perquisites available to support a secure life for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Current CA R.N. license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.
• New grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a retirement community setting.
• Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and keep team accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff and visitors.
