Cheer Home Care LLC is hiring a Private Duty Registered Nurse for per diem shifts in California. Earn $45-$80 per hour based on experience, with 2–4 hour short visits. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, connection-driven home care for older adults.

The RN will provide skilled nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain high-quality care plans and documentation. Requires CA RN license, 3+ years RN experience, and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted California RN license.
• At least 3 years as an RN.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Proof of Negative TB result.
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year.
• Active California Driver's license and auto insurance.
• Cell phone with Internet access.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, meds administration, IV therapy, and chronic/acute condition monitoring.
• Manage patients with complex needs (ventilators, tracheostomies, feeding tubes).
• Recognize early deterioration and intervene appropriately.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, meds, and equipment use.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with home health regulations and infection control practices.
