Job summary

HumanGood's Plymouth Village in Redlands, CA seeks an on-call Registered Nurse for per-diem shifts to cover nursing needs of residents. You will develop assignments with care partners and maintain a high standard of resident care while fostering accountability and satisfaction.

The role welcomes new grads. Pay is $40–$55/hour depending on experience; benefits and perquisites available to support a secure life for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Current CA R.N. license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.

Description

Plymouth Village, a distinguished HumanGood community in Redlands, CA is seeking a on-call Registered Nurse role responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, our team, and visitors to participate in the residents daily life rhythm. You will also Develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeps each team member inspired and accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Pay Rate: $40-55/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Per-Diem, open availability required.

To be successful in the role, you would have:
