Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current, active RN license in the state (BSN preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments to identify healthcare needs and update care plans.
• Develop and evaluate individualized, person-centered care plans with families and staff.
• Oversee medication administration and reconciliation; monitor for side effects.
