The University of Miami is seeking a Registered Nurse 2 - Specialty - On Call to deliver patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner, using evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service. The incumbent oversees nurses and allied health staff in daily practice at UHealth Tower.

Location: UHealth Tower. The role requires a Florida RN license, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a minimum of two years’ experience.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and document nursing care and vital signs.
• Modify treatment plans per patient response and orders.
• Review, evaluate, and report diagnostic tests.
• Consult with physicians and other professionals on care plans.
• Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Consider age and culture in patient care and provide information on plans.
