Job summary

The role requires a Florida RN license and at least 1 year of RN experience. You will assess patients, collaborate with physicians and the care team, document plans, and support discharge planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 1 year of RN experience or an RN license in Florida.
• Valid Florida RN license required.
• Proficient communication and teamwork; familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Assesses assigned patients and documents nursing care plans.
• Reports symptoms and changes in patients’ condition and vital signs.
• Modifies patient treatment plans based on response and orders.
• Reviews, evaluates, and reports diagnostic tests to assess patient condition.
• Consults with physicians to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Prepares patients for examinations and assists with procedures; provides information about treatment.
• Performs tests and administers medications within scope; maintains accurate medication records.
• Communicates plan of care timely to patient, family, and team; ensures HIPAA compliance.
• Utilizes resources to assist in discharge planning.
• Adapts to changing demands and environments; operates medical equipment.
