Plymouth Housing is seeking a Part-time On Call Residential Specialist to support residents within our Permanent Supportive Housing program in Texas. Starting wage is $31.57 per hour, with flexible shifts including day, swing, and night hours.

The role operates in the building lobby, maintains safety, assists residents, coordinates with Housing Case Managers, and helps sustain a respectful, trauma-informed environment aligned with Plymouth's mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalency considered.
• Experience in customer service with diverse populations preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate front lobby, check-in visitors, answer phones, monitor security systems.
• Collaborate with Housing Case Managers to support resident goals and connect resources.
• Foster welcoming environment and build trust with residents through trauma-informed care.
• Mediates conflicts and uses de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Distributes notices and ensures language/cultural accessibility for residents.
• Support offsite property management with notices, work orders, and rent payments.
• Provide guidance and oversight to volunteers and interns.
