Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic databases is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate front lobby functions: log visitors, answer phones, monitor security.
• Provide resources and support to residents, liaise with housing case managers and external providers.
• Maintain safety, assist with unit services, and support volunteers under supervision.
• Record incidents, maintain confidentiality, and assist with daily shift log and documentation.
