Job summary

Cambridge Real Estate Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventative maintenance at multiple properties. The role requires on-site presence and travel between Chico and Paradise, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance requests, responding within 24 hours, and supporting on-call coverage. Benefits include competitive wages, health-related coverage, and a 401k plan with company

Qualifications

Residential maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to read, understand and follow written instructions.
Ability to complete reports.
Ability to provide excellent customer service to residents and the public.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance requests and apartment turnovers.
Respond to maintenance requests within the 24-hour guidelines.
Participate in after-hours on-call service on a rotating basis.
Maintain interior and exterior common areas, including parking lots, trash enclosures, laundry rooms, community center and carports, and pressure wash buildings and walkways.
Participate in company-sponsored training seminars.
Other duties as assigned.
