Cambridge Real Estate Services seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform moderate to complex repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple properties. You will be on-site to meet daily needs, with travel between sites as required.

Living on-site may be required depending on assignments. The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in maintenance, preferably in property management.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Minimum of three years of maintenance experience.
• Property management maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to read, understand and follow written instructions.
• Ability to complete reports.
• The ability to provide excellent customer service to residents and the public.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Complete maintenance requests and apartment turnovers.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours per guidelines.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Maintain interior and exterior common areas and community spaces.
• Attend company-sponsored training seminars.
• Other duties as required.
