Job summary

Cal-Am Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform various maintenance duties across our communities and prepare vacancies to market-ready condition.

You will work as part of the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company and respond to emergencies as needed. Monday–Friday schedule; occasional weekend on-call, with rotation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• EPA certifiable status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists in preparing all vacancies to a market-ready condition.
• Performs various community maintenance functions and records findings in the maintenance log.
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Performs emergency service, as required.
• Assists in keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
• Drives motorized vehicle on or off Community/Resort for company business.
