Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician II to operate across multiple trades, perform service requests, preventative maintenance, and full make-ready turns at several properties. The role involves on-call rotations and a requirement for strong safety practices.

2+ years in maintenance (multifamily preferred) with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance know-how. HS diploma or GED required; EPA Universal and CPO certifications preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is preferred (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools, diagnostic equipment, and chemical safety procedures.
• Maintain personal tool inventory.
• Complete required safety and compliance training.
• This role may include additional duties consistent with the position.
