Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to help oversee property assets and ensure resident satisfaction. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance issues, and assist with apartment make-readies and rehab projects.

You will also support preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance while representing the company professionally. Work is Monday–Friday with possible overtime and on-call duties to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills required to use industry software and devices.
• High School diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses industry technology to prioritize tasks with guidance from management.
• Performs maintenance requests and routine repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related areas.
• Assists with preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance.
• Maintains property-issued tools and reports hazards to supervisors.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely, professional manner.
