Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand tools used in construction, maintenance, and landscaping.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists in preparing vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Pulls and completes resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Consults with Maintenance Supervisor on problems and communicates when a work order can be closed.
• Performs on-call emergency service as required.
• Reports maintenance concerns for repairs on vacant, model, clubhouse, and common areas.
