Job summary

Arbour Valley Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance duties to sustain and enhance the value of our community. You will repair and improve vacant units to market-ready status and collaborate with the maintenance team to meet quality standards across the property.

The role requires performing on-call emergency service, lifting heavy objects, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure timely completion of work orders while upholding professional

Qualifications

• Experience using common hand tools for construction, maintenance, and landscaping.
• Must pass background screening and drug testing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Pull and complete resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on problems and communicate progress.
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs to supervisor or property manager.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Lift heavy objects and operate ladders as needed.
• Work with management and maintenance staff to uphold quality standards.
