Arbour Valley Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance duties across the community and prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status. You will work with the maintenance team to uphold quality standards and support property operations.

The role requires practical experience with hand tools, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, to meet resident needs.

Formación

• Must pass background screening and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Experience in maintenance for a housing/property setting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Pull and complete resident work orders promptly.
• Consult with Maintenance Supervisor on issues and communicate status.
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Maintain open communications with property management and team.
• Assist in maintenance projects and ground upkeep.
• Operate motorized vehicle for AVM business.
