Job summary

ARBOUR VALLEY MANAGEMENT, LLC in Florida seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep the property in top condition. The role focuses on preparing vacant units for market readiness and supporting the maintenance team to uphold high standards of quality and service.

You will handle work orders, assist with inventories, and participate in on-call emergencies along with ongoing coordination with management and residents.

Qualifications

• Must pass background screening and drug test.
• Experience with common hand tools for construction/maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance.
• Ability to work any day of the week as needed.
• Able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather; medium-heavy physical work; lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Pull and complete resident work orders promptly.
• Consult with Maintenance Supervisor and close work orders.
• Provide on-call emergency service as required.
• Report maintenance concerns to Supervisor.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance inventory.
• Move heavy objects as requested.
• Assist in special maintenance projects and preventative maintenance.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean from trash and debris.
• Maintain professional communications with management and residents.
