Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group seeks a Maintenance Technician for Ridge at Southcross in San Antonio, TX. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep our property in excellent condition and prepare vacant units for move-ins.

This role requires 1–2+ years hands-on maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work rotating after-hours on-call. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call schedule after hours.
• Ability to lift over 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and complete service requests promptly.
