Job summary

CSC Management is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform upkeep, repairs, and inspections across our properties in San Antonio. The role focuses on identifying issues, completing tasks promptly, and maintaining safe grounds.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry, respond to tenant requests, and keep precise maintenance records. A valid driver's license and ability to work independently are required; we offer paid time off, benefits, and training.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify issues or repairs.
• Respond to service requests from tenants and address maintenance issues.
• Complete repairs and upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
• Work on Make Ready units to ensure they are completed prior to new tenant move ins.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds.
