Job summary

MAYFAIRE APARTMENTS in Raleigh, NC seeks a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs for vacant units and respond to on-call requests. The role reports to the Service Manager and requires HVAC knowledge and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include timely repairs, assisting staff, and maintaining a clean, safe maintenance shop. On-call shifts and physical work are expected, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations.
• 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred, but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs in a timely manner.
• Respond to on-call paging as scheduled by Service Manager.
• Assist Service Manager, Housekeeper and Grounds staff as needed.
• Maintain inventory control of maintenance materials.
