Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance/repair without hiring outside contractors.
• Maintain property exterior and common areas to Chandler standards.
• Complete make-readies efficiently and communicate status to supervisors.
• Stay on call 24 hours as scheduled and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain inventory and use the inventory system for supplies.
• Follow safety standards and MOM Manual in all tasks.
