The position is salaried, exempt, and involves 24/7 on-call coverage with responsibilities across program delivery, safety, and resident welfare. A strong background in human services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be available to be on-call 24/7.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education or related field, with experience in Human Services.
• Working knowledge of residential practices for individuals with IDD.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills for staff and residents.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the home across all shifts.
• Trains and supervises direct care staff and monitors resident programs.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and maintains thorough documentation.
• Manages staff schedules, budgets, and incident reporting.
• Responds on-call to emergencies and coordinates with health services.
