Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking an On Call Residential Care Associate I to join the Lane County region including Eugene and Springfield, Oregon. The role provides companionship, assists with daily living tasks, meals, and transport under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support residents.

Wages start at $21.42 to $22.07 per hour DOE with shift differentials for nights and secure programs; full benefits including retirement match, training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks.
• Pass medications and perform delegated medical care under RN supervision.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Maintain documentation of services per productivity standards.
