Job summary

Cascade AIDS Project's Our House Portland is seeking an On-Call Relief Nurse (LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse or RN) to support residents in Southeast Portland. You’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care under supervision of an RN, delivering direct resident care and environmental tasks.

Eligible candidates are licensed in Oregon, CPR certified, with at least one year of nursing experience and able to pass a DHS background check.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing in Oregon.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• CPR certified.
• Ability to pass DHS background check.
• Experience with diverse populations and PLWHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing procedures within licensure and skill level.
• Provide direct care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer and document medications using EMR.
• Coordinate care plans with primary care provider and clinical staff.
• Respond to on-call needs during designated periods.
