Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Our House - Portland, OR 97214Salary Range: $35.37 HourlyThe Our House Residential Care Facility (RCF) is a 14 room facility with a team of expert clinicians who work with people living with HIV who are having difficulty managing independent living. By tailoring nursing, social services, and therapeutic everyday activities our clients and residents are able to define what ‘living well’ means to them. Our HouseandCAP Northwestare excited to announce that we are hiring skilled and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse. The LPN will care for the residents of Our House by assisting in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care. You will be providing direct care to the residents as well as environmental care of the facility.

This is an on-call role working at Our House in SE Portland.Shiftswill very.Starting pay is $35.37 an hour with $1.00 differential for evenings and weekends, $6.00 for Nights and $6.50 for weekend nights.

Who You Are
  • Unencumbered nursing license in the state of Oregon
  • Basic Life Support card
  • Ability to pass DHS background check
  • One year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
  • Motivation to work with persons living with HIV, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) or behavioral health supports and require all levels of care.
  • Commitment to advancing equity and inclusion in workplace or community settings
  • Desire and ability to engage in equity and inclusion initiatives and discussions in the workplace, including but not limited to: engaging in training workshops, team and department meetings, and commitment to advancing equity and inclusion in workplace or community setting.
