Central City Concern’s 16 & Burnside Recovery Center in Portland, OR seeks a dedicated registered nurse for direct patient care in a medically monitored residential setting. You will work under the Medical Director and Nursing Supervisor to deliver high-quality care in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities include med administration, patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the clinical team. Must have an Oregon RN license and BLS, with drug-screen and background checks.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Current Oregon RN license required.
• BLS certification required prior to start.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in a 24/7 residential center.
• Administer medications and treatments per standing orders.
• Observe and document patient status and responses.
• Develop individualized care plans and participate in care conferences.
• Make referrals to hospitals and other agencies as needed.
• Coordinate with Subacute Technicians and other staff.
