Job summary

Crossroads Hospice is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate hospice care in Memphis and surrounding areas. The role includes responding to patient needs, performing holistic assessments, and supporting families during critical moments.

The position requires an RN license, a minimum of 1 year in medical-surgical/acute care, and EMR proficiency, with a 7 on/7 off schedule and a competitive salary range. Hospice experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in medical-surgical/acute care; hospice experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare preferred.
• Computer proficiency with EMR experience.
• Current CPR certification if required by state.

Overview

Crossroads Hospice is currently seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Schedule: 7 on 7 off - Friday, 4:30 pm - Friday, 8 am

Territory: Memphis and Surrounding Areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a Plus!
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state.

$73,000 - $83,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
