Frontier Hospice is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, delivering compassionate care to hospice patients and families in critical moments.

The role features a 7 On/7 Off schedule across Oklahoma City and Edmond, with a focus on accurate documentation, patient/family support, and collaboration with the care team. Bachelor’s degree and RN license, EMR experience, and CPR where required are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum one year experience as an RN in a medical-surgical/acute care setting.
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including EMR.

Frontier Hospice is currently seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Schedule:7 On/ 7 Off

Territory: Oklahoma City and Edmond

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a Plus!
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state.

$84,000 - $90,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
