Job summary

St. Joseph Hospice is hiring a Full-Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) for Lafayette, LA. You will perform home visits, work a 7 days on/7 days off call rotation (4:30 pm–8:00 am), and provide compassionate hospice care while documenting in the EMR system.

Requirements include an active Louisiana RN license and CPR certification; previous home health or hospice experience is preferred. The role offers ESOP benefits and competitive pay with strong time-management expectations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Louisiana.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in home health or hospice desirable.

Responsibilities

• Make patient visits at patients' residences.

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in home settings.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Louisiana
• Current CPR certification

• Knowledge of EMR is required
