Job summary

St Joseph Hospice in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Full Time On Call Registered Nurse (RN) to cover a 7-on/7-off rotation. You will visit patients at home within a 50–70 mile radius, delivering high-quality home health and hospice care in coordination with the care team.

Applicants must hold an active LA RN license and CPR, with EMR experience and prior hospice/home health exposure preferred. The role offers ESOP ownership, competitive pay, comprehensive health/dental/vision/Life, disability

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in Louisiana.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in Home Health or Hospice preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.
• Be able to make patient visits at their residence within a 50–70 mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Make patient visits at their place of residence.
• On call rotation: 7 days on / 7 days off, 4:30 pm – 8:00 am.
• Knowledge of EMR is required.

Qualifications
